Le forum En quete de scrap a lance une Mission Impossible.

Je suis tres contente de cette page. Les papiers sont tout frais de mes achats d'hier soir.

Apres la retouche photo precedente voici la page faite avec cette photo.
J'ai utilise des papiers Basic Grey, Cosmo Cricket, Life's Journey.
Les tags Date et Lieu sont mes petites creations que vous pourrez trouver ICI. Je les ai encre avec de l'encre Distress Old paper.

Journaling :

I can't describe it, the stillness of the lake.
Small boat puttering out,
causing ripples in the water.
In the bows a young woman in what looks
from here like nylon underpants
bends over, causing ripples in me.

It's spring here. The air is sweet and warm.
Two hundred miles to the south
in that lush overhung valley the air was dank.
Long chill shadows till four each afternoon
when the sun slithered across the terrace
like a host of golden lizards,
nibbling toes: a small ten digit pleasure
that somehow aggravated with its meanness,
stirring up a cauldron of resentments
and bitternesses best left undisturbed.

But here.
I can't describe it.
The stillness of the lake.

After having aged the picture previously, here is the layout made.
I used Basic Grey, Cosmo Cricket  & Life's  Journey papers.
The Date and Place tags are my little creations that you could  find HERE. I inked them with the Old paper Distress ink.

Une page faite pour le challenge "Surpraize" organise sur le forum En Quete de Scrap. En quoi consiste ce challenge ? Un peu comme le scraplift barjot sauf que ce n'est pas un scraplift. On doit realiser une page avec 3 consignes imposees par la personne precedente. En suite on montre sa page et la premiere a dire qu'elle veut participer recoit les 3 consignes. Ainsi de suite pendant 2 semaines.
Chipie m'a donne pour consignes :
- une photo en n&b
- de la feutrine (le coeur offert par ma super NSP, et la bande de fleurs)
- une objet de recup' (le batonnet de glace sur lequel j'ai ecrit la date)

A layout made for the Surprise challenge organized on En Quete de scrap forum. What is this challenge? It's like the crazy scraplift but it's not a scraplift. You have to make a layout with 3 instructions laid down by the previous one. Then, you show your layout and the first person who say that she wants to participate receive the 3 instructions. So on for 2 weeks.

My instructions were :
- a black and white photo
- felt 9the heart and flowers)
- recycling object (Ice cream stick)

J'ai une nouvelle fois attrape le scraplift barjot sur le forum En Quete de Scrap. Une page sur les celebres taxi jaunes de New York. La photo a ete prise sur Broadway lors de notre 1ere visite de la Big Apple en janvier dernier, une semaine apres notre arrivee sur le sol americain.

I caught the Crazy scraplift on the En Quete de Scrap forum. A layout about the famous NYC yellow cabs. The picture was taken on Broadway during our first visit to the Big Apple last January, one week after arriving in America.
Look above the layout that I had to scraplift.

Une petite page pour rire de moi. Lors de notre visite a Madame Liberte en avril dernier j'ai voulu l'imiter. Mais comme je ne suis pas une lumiere je ne pourrais pas eclairer le monde, surtout pas avec une bouteille d'eau. MDR

Cette page fut l'occasion d'utiliser quelques embellissements tout juste offerts par ma NSP. Les carres, la fleur, et l'etiquette avec le tampon pour le journaling. J'ai decoupe la bordure du papier ecossais avec le pochoir festons de TOGA egalement offert par Bea. Encore merci ma tres chere NSP !!!!

A page to laugh at me.  When we went to visit Mrs Liberty on last April, I wanted to imitate it. But as I am not a light I couldn't enlight the world, especially not with a bottle of water. :)

For this page I used some embellishments offered by my NSP. The squares, the flower, and the tag stamped for the journaling. I cut the border of the tartan paper with  the TOGA stencil offered by Bea. Thank you again my dear NSP!
